About Me
My name is Crystal Varner and I have 27 years of experience working in education on every level from Pre-School Teacher to Regional Manager. My background is very unique and diverse. My career has given me the opportunity to work and be successful in many states in the United States. I have worked in childcare/afterschool settings in South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas and Virginia. I have worked with privately owned childcare, traditional childcare, non-profit, before/after-school programs, as well as school district programs and have been very successful on every level. I am an experienced multi-level and multi-site manager who has managed my responsibilities and reached my goals. I have over 15 years of multi-unit experience and 17 years of experience in operations management and supervision.
